True of True Cuisine prepared and baked those
fabulous cookies that you can get at the Goodman
Theater.
Luis from El Sueno presented those to die for
quesadillas with goat cheese and mushrooms and
servers passed them.
Mitchell's Fish Market created their famous
Asian Salad in one of the kitchens.
The homemade Italian sausage cooked to
perfection with peppers from Franchesco's Hole
in the Wall was on the buffet.
Piled high were the Bison Mini Burgers with
yummy buns from Ted's Montana Grill.
That famous Pomodoro sauce with Penne pasta
freshly made was served by Mary Caporossi, owner
Piero's of Wilmette and we had hand made
chocolates by Colibri Chocolates and pastries
from Foodstuffs.
Starbuck's to finish!
Scotch tastings from Schaefer's very own Mui
Baltrunas.
An assortment of fine wines from WineStyles of
Palatine.
We had some fabulous foods and much more.
